Core Strength – 30mins workout

Here is a fun core workout – tabata style (30seconds of work/10 second break for 8 rounds). Total time 30mins.

Part 1: 5 rounds tabata alternating 2 exercises

Here is the playlist I used on Spotify

  1. Side plank crunches / supermans
  2. spider push ups / scissor leg lifts
  3. penguins crunches / swimmers
  4. up up down down / leg lifts
  5. bicycles / crunch and open

Part 2: Plank off 2mins changing every 30 seconds

  1. elbow plank
  2. hip dips
  3. step out and in (or plank jacks)
  4. right up / left leg up
