HIIT workout – 30mins

Here is the workout I led on April 11 2020

Part 1: Sprint 4 rounds Tabata style 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest

Here is the playlist I used on Spotify

  1. 4 jacks / 1 starburst
  2. 2 mountain climbers, 2 spiders
  3. Lunges to knee up (hop optional)
  4. plank 4 shoulder taps / 1 push up
  5. Skaters

Part 2:  Endurance 1 round 1 min of work, 30 seconds rest
