This weekend I decided to focus on healthy and wholesome eating, and will be whipping up the following goodies:
1. All Green Quinoa Primavera – with Chicken or Veggies (one for $12, two for $20)
Delicious as a full meal or a side dish. Either way, you’ll love the fresh tender-crisp asparagus, peas, and homemade pesto. You can have it with roasted chicken breast, or more veggies (broccoli, green beans, lima or soy beans). If you want it vegan friendly, I can withhold the parmesan cheese.

2. Almond Cherry Clafouti ($3 singles, $15 serves 6)
This traditional French desert from the Limousin region, is perfect for this time of year as cherries are plentiful. Delicious fresh cherries baked in a custard/flan-like base. Enjoy it warm or cold, and you can also top it with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

3.Salted Caramel Pot de Crème ($4)
Lusciously creamy and velvety smooth, these caramel cream pots are bursting in rich caramel flavor but aren’t too sweet. (Not to be confused with crème caramel desert which is completely different.)
4. Protein Energy Balls ($3 for 2)
These are fantastic snacks to give you a burst of energy pre or post-workout, or just to get you through your day. They are full of healthy, wholesome, and natural ingredients! One Nutty Energy Bite: flax seed, mixed sprouted seeds, honey, rolled oats, peanut butter. And one Matcha Pistachio Balls: Matcha powder, pistachios, cashews, fresh Medjool dates.
