Here is my Mediterranean menu for this weekend:
1. Tabbouleh with Chicken-Spinach Meatballs ($12 serves 1; $20 serves 2)
This classic Mediterranean and Middle Eastern salad, also known as Tabouli, is bursting with freshness with fresh herbs like parsley and bulgur, along with cucumbers and tomatoes. Served with chicken-spinach meatballs and a side of plate-licking-delicious creamed feta sauce.
2. Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée ($5)
Traditional French Crème Brûlée with a delicious rich custard base infused with vanilla bean from Madagascar and topped with a light crust of caramel. You can’t go wrong with this classic.
3. Totally Nuts Cookies ($2.50)
This week’s special cookies are an irresistible blend of a chewy cookie (like a peanut butter cookies but I’ll be using almond butter instead) and a blend of all my favorite nuts (almonds, pecans, and walnuts).
4. Blondies ($3)
These blondies or blonde brownies are buttery, soft, and chewy, and come with chocolate chips and toasted coconut. Amazing as there are or warm one up with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. If you order 10 or more, you have the option to have walnuts added (just let me know in the comments section of your order form)
5. Back-up Cookies ($2.50)
Back-up cookies this week include: Lindt Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies, Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies, and Roasted Peanut Peanut Butter Cookies (if you want a mix, please let me know in the comments section of your order form)
