Back to France this weekend with a Mediterranean selection of yummy eats:

1. Salade Niçoise (one for $12, two for $20)
A lovely refreshing salad from the south of France (Nice), perfect for these hot summer days. It comes with cherry tomatoes, green beens, baby potatoes, olives, a hard boiled egg, and tuna, dressed with homemade french olive oil and mustard dressing (served on the side).

2. Tartelettes Citron  ($3)
I love anything lemon this time of year, and these delicious lemon bars are ideal to enjoy chilled.  Made with my silky smooth lemon curd on top of an almond shortbread.

3. Chocolate Mousse ($5 for one; $25 serves 6)
This quintessential french dessert is one of my favorites. Creamy, yet airy, delightfully chocolaty, and all around delicious.

4. Strawberry Tiramisu  ($4 for one; $20 serves 6)
Another great desert for the summer.  Since not everyone loves coffee (ie kids), I decided to take the creative liberty of making this classic with strawberries – lots of them! Each serving has layers of lady fingers infused with strawberry syrup, whipped cream/marscapone, and fresh strawberries.

5. Your favorite go-to cookies this week include: Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies, Roasted Peanut Peanut Butter Cookies or Dark Chocolate Chunk. ($2.50 each/min order of 2)
