Here is my menu for Labor Day weekend. As some folks may be heading out on Friday, I’m happy to make the cookies available for pick up on Thursday evening.
1. French Quiches ($12 serves 1; $20 serves 2)
Quiches are great! Not only are my quiches delicious but they can be enjoyed any time of day: breakfast, lunch, or dinner, on their own or as a side. You can choose between Ham and Swiss and Broccoli, Cheddar, and Bacon. Served with a side mixed green salad, and side vinaigrette.
Spinach, Mushroom, and Swiss available on request – min order serves 2.
2. Strawberry Banana Crumble ($3 single; $15 serves 6)
There is nothing better than a good crumble for a holiday weekend. This one fantastic fruit combo of fresh bananas and strawberry is bursting with flavor, and covered with a buttery oat cookie topping. Great on it’s own or à la mode (with ice cream)!
If you order the serving for 6, you have the option of adding chocolate chips.
4. Cookies Galore ($2.50)
Your go-to cookies this weekend are: Lindt Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies, Roasted Peanut Peanut Butter Cookies, Almond Butter and Nuts Cookies, and Oatmeal ‘n Berries Cookies.
